Under the direction of owner and lead event specialist Lyn Hulgan, Essential Details, LLC is an event consulting firm specializing in creating unforgettable first impressions for events and spaces through branding, design, marketing, websites, social media and logistical management for private and corporate clients, including live event production, stage and tour management, performing arts venue management, corporate meetings, convention management and tradeshows.
With over 25 years of experience, Lyn has offered management services for well-respected venues such as the Wisconsin Center District (including the newly renamed UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena and Miller High Life Theatre) and the historic, 4-Diamond Pfister Hotel (overseeing over 25,000 square feet of meeting space with accommodations of up to 1,500 people). She has provided onsite management for events with guest lists including President George W. Bush, President Jimmy Carter, the Dahli Lama and Jesse Jackson, as well as prestigious companies including Harley Davidson, Milwaukee Auto Show, NAACP, LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), Aurora Health Care, plus countless entertainers and private clients. Stage management services have been provided for artists Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC, O-Town, LFO, Ryan Cabrerra, American Idol winner David Cook, Richard Marx, Daryl Stuermer (Genesis and Phil Collins), Cheap Trick, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Trace Atkins and countless others.
Hulgan consults on construction projects with a focus on new and re-imagined space logistics, for private homes, event spaces and performing arts venues, including the award-winning 750-seat Hamilton Fine Arts Center and the 1,000-seat Oak Creek Performing Arts and Education Center.
Lyn offers professional development courses for colleges, universities and business professionals wishing to become a “Perfectly Polished Professional” in networking, dining etiquette, “dressing for success,” virtual etiquette and technology in the workplace.
